Sugandha Mishra and Dr Sanket Bhosale face charges for violating COVID-19 protocols.
Sugandha Mishra and Dr Sanket Bhosale tied the knot on 26th April in a ceremony held in Jalandhar. The couple received an outpour of love and warm wishes but sadly, their wedding is in the headlines again for the wrong reasons.
The couple was booked for violating COVID-19 protocols by hosting a large gathering. The news came after a video went viral on the internet. Large groups of people are seen in the video.
For this, Sugandha Mishra’s family, owner of the wedding venue and people who attended the wedding were booked under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code which comes under sections of the Disaster Management Act.
The investigation for this matter is still in the process and no one has been officially arrested till now.
There has been no official statement recorded from any of the parties accused of these charges. Sugandha and beau Dr Sanket have shared many pictures from their wedding on social media and received sweet comments.
