Sumeet Vyas and EKta Kaul reveal details about their relationship:
After so many months of rumors of his engagement with TV actor Ekta Kaul, Sumeet Vyas has now confirmed the relationship with his girl. The Permanent roommates’ fame proposed Ekta a few days ago and she said yes to the proposal. The real life proposal of Vyas was much similar to his reel life character of Mikesh. The actor got the wrong ring size.
In an interaction the Veere Di Wedding actor said: “Ekta is a beautiful person. I decided to pop the question a few days ago and slipped a ring on her finger before she could change her mind! I am glad she loved it and has accepted my proposal. Unfortunately, I got the size of the ring wrong, which can be expected from a guy like me.”
Ekta who also did not talk about Sumeet in public until now, also said: “Marrying the man you love is a great feeling, but tying the knot with your crush is an achievement. I am happy that I am marrying Sumeet. Actually, before slipping the ring, he had come to Jammu to speak to my parents and then he proposed marriage to me. I don’t know why he felt I would not say yes immediately. I will never say no to him.”
Sumeet was earlier married to actor Shivani Tanksale, the two got married in 2010 and got divorced after seven years of marriage in june 2017.
It is also said that the couple will get married in September this year in Ekta’s hometown Jammu.
On the work front, Sumeet is busy scripting season 2 of TVF’s Tripling.
