The organizers have accused the actress of accepting an advance payment of ₹5 lakh for her appearance and are now threatening to boycott her films, claiming she disrespected them. In response, Triptii’s team issued a statement denying any prior commitment to the event.
The situation intensified when a video emerged showing Triptii confirming her attendance at the FICCI FLO event. The clip, shared on FICCI FLO’s official Instagram, features Triptii stating, “I am happy to confirm that I will be a part of the FICCI FLO event team Shakti, celebrating the strength and energy of women. Thank you, Ms. Raghushri Poddar, chairperson of FICCI FLO Jaipur chapter, for organizing this event. See you all tomorrow at 12 noon.”

Actor Triptii Dimri has denied allegations of skipping an event in Jaipur, following reports that organizers defaced her posters at the venue. They claimed that the Animal star charged ₹5.5 lakhs but did not attend. The organizers of the Nari Shakti event for FICCI FLO’s Jaipur chapter were seen blackening Triptii’s posters, asserting that she had agreed to be part of the event but ultimately failed to show up.
In response to these claims, the actor’s spokesperson issued a statement clarifying that Triptii did not make any commitments regarding the event. The statement emphasized that she “fully honored” her professional obligations during the promotions of her upcoming film, Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video, co-starring Rajkummar Rao. The spokesperson also noted that Triptii did not charge any fee for the FICCI event, contradicting the organizers’ claims.
“During the ongoing promotional campaign for her film Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video, Triptii Dimri fully honored her professional obligations by attending all scheduled events and sessions related to the film. It is important to note that she did not participate in or commit to any personal appearances or events beyond her promotional duties. Additionally, no extra fees or payments were accepted for her involvement in these activities,” the statement read.
Triptii Dimri has been experiencing a career high following the success of her blockbuster film Animal, starring Ranbir Kapoor. The actress, recognized for her roles in Qala, Laila Majnu, and Bulbbul, was recently featured in the Vicky Kaushal starrer Bad Newz. She is also set to appear in the horror comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, led by Kartik Aaryan and Vidya Balan, which is slated for a grand Diwali release.
