Sonarika Bhadoria, the 23-year-old actress also known as Goddess Parvati from ‘Devo Ka Dev… Mahadev’ has earned a hell lot of criticism on social media. The trolls are now body shaming Sonarika after Bollywood actresses like Vidya Balan, Sonakshi Sinha, and Parineeti Chopra.
Body-shaming has become quite the norm on internet and has affected the small screen TV actresses also. Parvati aka Sonarika Bhadoria is currently on a beach vacation where she posted some bikini-clad snaps. Like most young celebrities, she wanted some good comments but followed was negative comments for wearing bikinis as her fans see her as ‘godess’. So much so that Sonarika Bhadoria chose to erase some of her snaps from the Twitter handle.
However, later, she re-posted those snaps with the hashtag #deletedpost. Lashing out at the body shamers, Sonarika Bhadoria in a separate post tweeted that in the western countries, people are battling against body shaming and in India it’s a crime to wear bikini and post pictures.
