Vidya Balan seems to be the flavour of Indian cinema. Vidya will be part of the Cannes Film Festival’s international jury. The jury will be presided over by ace American director Steven Spielberg.
This year the Cannes jury has four women from different aspects of cinema worldwide. The jury apart from Spielberg and Balan consists of Japanese director Naomi Kawase, Australian actress Nicole Kidman, British helmer and writer Lynne Ramsay, French actor Daniel Auteuil, Taiwanese director Ang Lee, Romanian helmer Cristian Mungiu and Austrian actor Christopher Waltz.
Cannes Film Festival begins on May 15 and ends on May 26.
