Vidya Balan as Silk Smitha in The Dirty Picture still seems to make news. First she stared a new trend of voluptuous beauties, now her portrayal of Silk is all set to become a case study.
According to reports, the film has already won many awards and now Vidya’s portrayal of Silk has become a case study at Tata Institute of Social Science, Mumbai. Sociologists from TISS have reportedly agreed with her character’s observations in the film. Vidya, who also won the National Award for the film, is excited about this new development.
The film was produced by Ekta Kapoor and also starred Emraan Hashmi and Tusshar Kapoor.
