Wajid Khan of Sajid-Wajid duo died at the age of 42. Sonu Nigam confirmed this news through an Instagram post as he wrote “My brother Wajid left us.” Salim Merchant revealed that he had various health issues and was also suffering from kidney problems. It was later confirmed that he also had coronavirus.
Sajid-Wajid duo has worked on many songs for films including Pyaar Kiya Toh Darna Kya, Dabangg, Hello Brother, Wanted, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, and many more. His last project with Salman Khan was his new single, Bhai Bhai. Bollywood mourned the loss of this singer-composer and shared many heartfelt messages for Wajid as well as his family.
