Jiah Khan might have been murdered if her mother is to be believed. Jiah’s mother Rabiya Khan has filed a petition in the Bombay High Court. Rabiya alleges that her daughter might have been murdered. She has also sought a CBI inquiry.
Rabiya claims that the investigation was not done properly. She says that by medical and other evidence, the chances of a suice are less. Infact Jiah’s mother has also said that there were marks on Jiah’s body which the police failed to investigarte further. Rabiya has filed the plea some days ago.
Jiah Khan, 25, was found hanging from the ceiling at her Juhu residence on June 3.
A week later her alleged boyfriend Sooraj Pancholi was arrested on charges of driving her to suicide and Jiah’s mother had insisted that he was the reason her daughter committed suicide. He was later granted bail.
