Wedding food gets delivered at home so that they can eat and watch online:
The pandemic has changed the way weddings take place. There are no changes for big fat Indian weddings to take place for some time now, but people are coming up with new ways to make such occasions enjoyable. As online weddings have become a new trend, guests can witness the ceremony online, but what about food?
Is there a wedding without food? So one Tamil family arranged for the “kalyana sappadu” or wedding meal to be delivered to the guests at their doorstep.
What the guests received were 4 such colorful bags and banana leaves.
Each of these bags consisted of 4 tiffin carriers and there were a total of 12 dishes packed inside them. They also provided the guests with instructions about where to place each item on the banana leaf.
So, there it is, A person can enjoy the wedding food while attending the wedding online.

Yes everyone could eat together and at a given time, open the packs and be present via zoom or similar app ,with some festive music playing in the background .’Sagan’ could be transferred to the bank account indicated on the invitation .The times we live in. Flavourless !
