Every new episode shows a new wedding and couple and problems going around it. From family differences, relationship issues to various matters the show describes various emotions. In every episode, the leads Tara and Karan unfolds their flashbacks. The layered narrative in every episode also describes several issues.

The Gay angle
Zoya Akhtar and Reema katgi explored the homosexual angle in a sensitive manner. Karan’s sexual orientation is much normalized, in fact, the characters also played it well, and he performed with grace and emotions. His love life is one of the most sensitive and genuine portrayals of a gay character you will witness on the Indian screen.

While Sobhita has made a mark with her strong performance, but her fashion style is also fabulous. Her corporate outfits are to die for and the red saree that she wears in the last episode is just gorgeous. From formal to wedding couture and accessories the styling is great and seamless. Costume design is by Poornamrita Singh, who has also worked on ‘Gully Boy’, and ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’ among others.

The Visuals
Made in Heaven office, Tara Khanna’s house and the wedding destinations are just amazing. Every episode brings a new wedding destination and idea. The destinations are clearly setting wedding goals for some people. It is a show with extravagant visuals and stunning background score.

Realistic female characters
The women of ‘Made in Heaven’ are realistic and very relatable at times. Tara who creates her own career path, Priyanka who left her marriage because of dowry, and Nutan Yadav who is the daughter of a politician and speaks for her love. Many characters of this series depict real-life problems.
