The discord between former Miss World Yukta Mookhey and her estranged husband Prince Pal Tuli has been resolved successfully. The couple has finally parted ways. Their lawyers informed the court that both Mookhey and Tuli agreed to mutually part ways. Mookhey gets her son’s custody for which she did not take any alimony from Tuli.
The two got married in November 2008 but in May last year, she alleged that her husband had been harassing her and filed a complaint against Tuli under Domestic Violence Act . Following it Tuli filed for divorce on the ground of cruelty in Nagpur where they were staying together after marriage.
The HC had last October appointed advocate Rajeev Patil as a mediator after Tuli applied for anticipatory bail after a cruelty complaint was filed against him. Patil conducted several rounds of meetings with both the sides in the last three months and helped them to bring about an amicable settlement for divorce by mutual consent.Now all cases would be withdrawn.
