A few days back my friends gifted me a Shopper’s stop gift voucher and after all the shopping I was left with INR 200 in the voucher so though of redeeming it then only. I went to check out the makeup counters and came across the poster of the Chambor Stay-on waterproof eyeliner pencil. I decided to have a look at it. The sales boy at the counter showed me the three different colours available but I finally picked black. I have been using it and here is my experience with the product.
