Why sheet masks are a favourite!
Sephora is a heaven for all makeup lovers. Last Saturday on a mall trip I spotted a Sephora board, I don’t go to that mall often so was unaware about it. Soon I saw the board which stated Sephora on ground floor I couldn’t resist going there.
My husband, like many others too I believe, hates going for makeup shopping but unfortunately he didn’t have any other option so he accompanied me. I bought a few things (posted my haul picture too on facebook) including the The Face Shop Rice Mask. I couldn’t wait so used it on Sunday itself and here is my take on it:
Packaging: It comes in a white plastic foil sachet that is easy to carry and use.
Price: The single mask sheet would cost you INR 100.
Claims: An exfoliating /complexion improvement mask sheet to brighten and smoothen dull and rough skin.
How to use: Pull out the sheet.
Unfold and place the sheet on a cleaned and toned face.
Remove the sheet after 15-20 minutes and let the residue get absorbed in the face.
Pros: You can buy this mask because
- It made my face feel hydrated.
- It made my skin look shinny and glowing.
- It doesn’t cause any irritation or redness.
- It is very reasonable priced.
- It is easy to use.
- The fragrance is very mild.
- Having the mask on your face is refreshing.
- The mask stayed on place the entire soaking time.
Cons: What I didn’t like about this product is
- It is not available at local stores but only at some big multiple brand shops like Sephora.
- The mask is for one time use only.
- The effect doesn’t last for long.
- The mask may be little big for those with a small face.
- The mask has dripping and needs to be used carefully
Rating: I would give it 3.75/5 and would buy it again.
