IIFA 2014 took place over the weekend in USA and the glitterati of Bollywood was in full attendance. From newbies like Parineeti to comeback actresses like Sridevi all the beautiful stars dressed up to nines.
But this year at IIFA the colour black stood out with most leading ladies opting for black gowns for the IIFA green carpet. While Kareena looked hot in her plunging neckline Armani she picked for the awards night, it was something unexpected and Kareena Kapoor Khan rocked this risque look.
Aditi Rao Hydari picked a Gauri and Nainika gown which she finished with a red lip and faux bob but the white peplum-ish accent on the hips looks a bit space age.
Sridevi looked graceful in her black sequined Oscar De La Renta gown which she finished with beautiful eye make-up. Madhuri Dixit Nene looked a bit too old fashioned Bollywood diva in her Jatin Varma gown but her smile can make anything look glamorous.
Bipasha wore her friend Rocky S gown which was embellished black with a train. Her red lips looked great but staight hair looked like they needed a new hairstyle.
Sonakshi Sinha’s navy blue and black Amit Aggarwal gown at the IIFA Awards which she finished with Dior studs, Bottega Veneta clutch and soft curls made her look feminine and soft. Perfect pick for Ms SInha.
