How to energize yourself when you feel extremely tired
Sometimes you may feel blue and no understand why you still have to reach for your caffeine fix even though you are well-rested. You may be looking forward to a meeting or a presentation but what if you don’t have time to be lethargic and can’t think of a reason why you are so drowsy?
It is very common to feel tired even if it is just the beginning of your day. Here are some quick tips that will help you energize yourself so that you can carry on with your daily activities with an alert mind.
Do Yoga
If there is one form of exercise that does not drain you, instead, keeps you energetic throughout the day, it is Yoga. Working on your postures and breathing can help you stay active for the day.
Hydrate
We are often too busy to realize that we haven’t had enough water. Dehydration can make you feel tired. Make sure you are drinking at least 3 L water a day so that your vital organs can function properly.
