The condition of the five year old girl who was kidnapped and brutally raped in Delhi is now stable. The girl was shifted to AIIMS yesterday .She was kidnapped from her home in Gandhi Nagar in East Delhi four days ago. The man then locked her up in his room and raped her. The main accused is a neighbour and police has detained his father.
According to the girl’s parents, the police acted slow and initially refused to lodge a FIR and later said that they should be happy with the fact that the girl is alive.The little girl is very critical and is struggling for life in ICU.
It’s really sad to know that even after so many protest and new laws, crime against women has not decreased. We hope the girl gets well soon and gets justice.
