Former president of India, Pranab Mukherjee passed away at the age of 84.
The former president of India, Pranab Mukherjee passed away on 31st August as he underwent brain surgery at the Army Research and Referral Hospital, New Delhi. The Doctors informed of his deteriorating condition and his state of septic shock as a result of lung infection.
President Ram Nath Kovind, Vice-President Venkaiah Naidu, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid their respects to the late former president. He had been in politics for decades and was a member of parliament seven times. He was elected as the president of India in 2012.
