We as humans are failing, in the past week, as many as 10 rape cases have come to light. Each worse than the other. And the saddest part most of these are underage girls who probably do not even know their anatomy yet. Rapes for lust, religion, and communism are breaking apart our country. Our country which was once referred to as Bharat Mata i.e. mother is seeing a horrible rise in uncouth men who think raping is fine. It is high time things change before we as Indian stop trusting our own country.
Asifa’s case makes our goosebumps stand out. Imagining the plight she went through because these men share a cynical view of the world. Whats worse? They were not caught initially and people protested against them being sent to jail. Shame! Shame on us a nation. We need to move over our privileged lives thinking this cant happen to us, the reality is that no women is safe till such thinking exists.
