Salma Fatima, wife of Tanvir, who lived in the vicinity of Gulberg has been arrested by Pakistani police under the controversial blasphemy laws for declaring herself a ‘Prophet’.
The lady distributed pamphlets in the area declaring her a “Prophet of Muslims”. The angry locals rushed to her residence but the police controlled the situation by shifting her to the women police station before the crowd turned violent.
Both Fatima and her husband are under the police custody for interrogation.
