2016 has been full of celebrity breakups and weddings. We are sad about the couples who couldn’t survive the year, but super excited to tell you about the lavish wedding we got to witness this year. From the perfect mehndi function to a dream wedding, we saw it all. So here are the celebrities that tied the knot in 2016.
- Yuvraj Singh and Hazel Keech
This is the most recent celebrity wedding. The couple tied the knot last week. The entire cricket team with a number of Bollywood celebs attended the wedding. Later the party was shifted to Goa, where they hosted a lovely reception for their guests.
- Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover
The hot couple got hitched in April 2016. The wedding was conducted as per Bengali rituals. Every who’s who had attended the beautiful and magnificent wedding. It was a wedding to witness. And both of them actively posted on social media for their fans.
- Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya
Two heartthrobs of Indian television tied the knot in the month of July. The wedding took place in Bhopal, which is Divyanka’s hometown. The couple had a grand wedding followed by 2 receptions. One for the industry and one at Vivek’s hometown.

The Indian cricketer tied the knot in the month of April. The wedding took place in Rajkot, which had only close family and friends present. The same evening, the couple threw a big reception.

Contestant in Bigg Boss season 8, Aarya married his longtime girlfriend in the month of February. The ceremony was an intimate affair and took place in a Gurudwara.
