After Sanjay Dutt it’s time for Salman Khan to face the court. Fresh charges have been framed against Salman Khan and four other actors in a case of alleged poaching of blackbucks 14 years ago in Kankani village near Jodhpur during the shooting of ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’.
The case was filed against Salman Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Neelam and Sonali Bendre in 1998. All of them had last appeared in the same court on 19 June, 2006 but the consecutive revision petitions first by the defence and then by the state government had held up the trial.
Finally after 14 years the trial will commence in the lower court with the revised charges.
