There is a piece of good news, now you do not need a visa to see the seven wonders of the world. They are all here in Delhi. Yes, the newly opened “Waste to Wonder Park” in Delhi has replicas of the iconic seven wonder from the world. The theme park has sculptures of the Seven Wonders of the World made of industrial and other kinds of waste.
What it is?
Waste to Wonder in a theme parked in Delhi. It features mini replicas of all seven wonders of the world namely: Eiffel Tower, Taj Mahal, Great Pyramid of Giza, Leaning Tower of Pisa, Christ the Redeemer Statue of Rio De Janeiro, Rome’s Colosseum and the Statue of Liberty of the United States of America.
All these sculptures are made out of waste taken from yards of Municipal corporation. From nut bolts to automobile parts everything from the scarp has been used to design these replicas.
The park has been built under a huge budget of INR 7.5 crore. Five artists, seven supporting artists and 50 laborers from across the country, came together to create this wonderful park.
Taj Mahal has been created using 1600 cycle rings, electric pole pipes, old pans, park benches, swings, angles, truck springs and sheets. Whereas, domes have been created using 2” pipes (cut into pieces), truck sheets have been used to create intricate design and window and door frame has been made using benches.
The 70 feet tall twin of wrought-iron lattice Eiffel Tower originally from Paris, France, has been created using 40 tonnes of automobile waste including petrol tanks from trucks, clutch plates, C channels (structural channel used in construction), and angles.

Ticket?
The entry ticket is free for children below the age of three years and for senior citizens above the age of 65. For children, the ticket is priced at INR 25 and for children above the age of 13 and for adults, the entry fee is INR 50. Parking facility for visitors is also there.
