Disneyland is an important tourist destination in Hong Kong. The beautiful place is divided into fantasyland, tomorrow land, adventure land, toy story land, and main street. Disneyland is a must-see for everyone on a trip to Hong Kong. The adventure park is huge and can be covered in a day or two depending on your speed and time. Here are some important tips to make your visit to Disneyland smooth and memorable.
Reach early: Thought the ticket is valid for two days but try to reach early, so that you have enough time to cover the place and enjoy all rides and shows. The earlier you reach, the less is the waiting time for rides and other activities inside.
Be comfortable: Wear comfortable and loose clothes to avoid any rashes and problems throughout the day. It is important you wear comfortable shoes as you will have to walk a lot inside the park. Avoid wearing heels or too tight or loose footwear.
Dress accordingly: Just keep in mind that it’s an adventure park so dress accordingly. Wear shorts, leggings, jeans or capris to enjoy the rides without being conscious. Also keep in mind the weather outside because as the day proceeds it becomes comparatively cold as Disneyland is located on the hills.
Carry essentials: If travelling with kids make sure you carry all essentials for the little one. Though water is available inside but it’s advisable to carry water and food for the kid.
Charge the camera: Disneyland is a huge place so make sure the camera is fully charged to cover all the sweet moments inside. Try to keep a spare battery if possible.
Don’t carry wheelchairs and strollers: If you are travelling with kids or old people, there is no need to carry strollers or wheel chairs as they are easily available on rent inside the park.
Unlimited food options: Vegetarians need not to carry food along as there is handful of Indian vegetarian dishes available inside from veg cone pizza to a yummy matar-paneer platter. There are ample food joints inside the park serving Chinese to Mexican food.
Shopping: There are souvenir shops at every corner of the park; selling beautiful hair bands, clips, toys, clothes, candies and much more. With kids, be prepared for shopping and spending a huge amount on the attractive items available. Do buy some souvenirs for your friends. Smoking fine: There are smoking areas after every few meters so don’t light a cigarette anywhere, look for the smoking area and enjoy your smoke. Fine for smoking in non-smoking area can cost you close to HKD 5000.Don’t miss: The 3D shows, Jungle river cruise and the closing ceremony are not to be missed.
